500 Children Strong
Lake City Soccer Club organizes soccer for around 500 boys and girls in the Seattle area every Fall season. There are teams for all ages, from 4 to18 years old. Register for the Fall season starting each May.
Keep Having Soccer Fun All Year
There are many opportunities to practice and play soccer all year round in the Seattle area. Websites for the Seattle Youth Soccer Association (www.sysa.org) and the Washington State Youth Soccer Association (www.washingtonyouthsoccer.org) will list year-long soccer activities, or check out the websites for Arena Sports and Starfire Sports for indoor soccer leagues, skills clinics, and tournaments.
SUMMER
Camps and training opportunities can be found through the SYSA website.
FALL
Registration for the Fall 2013 season opens each May 1st. There are recreational team programs available for kids from ages 4 to 18. Register early to help ensure placement on your team of choice.
Many of our Lake City teams participate in Seattle's annual City Tournament every November. Game schedules and standings are available on the Seattle Youth Soccer Association website (www.sysa.org). State tournaments for every level of competition start in November and run through early March. A complete listing is on the Washington State Youth Soccer Association website (www.washingtonyouthosccer.org).
WINTER
Indoor soccer through Arena Sports or Starfire Sports might be just the thing to keep your player moving during the winter months. Maybe their Fall team wants to sign up to play together or maybe you child will want to join a house team!
SPRING
SYSA offers Spring Soccer for U7-U19. Check out their website for more information.
