Registration Fees:
Recreation Program: PLEASE NOTE OUR MICRO PROGRAM IS FULL
- For Micro U5 - U7 (Birthday range 08/01/2003 to 07/31/2006), the cost is $55.
- For ages U8 - U11 (Birthday range 08/01/1999 to 07/31/2003), the cost is $80. ($10 early discount if registered by June 8th.)
- For ages U12 - U19 (Birthday range 08/01/1991 to 07/31/1999), the fee is $90. ($10 early discount if registered by June 8th.)
- Payment online with debit or credit card only.
Select Program:
- Select soccer teams can be formed for ages U17 - U18; the cost is $100.
- Payment online with debit or credit card only.
Birth Certificates Required for Players New To Lake City Soccer Club
- Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires that we keep a copy of a certified birth certificate on file for each player.
- A passport is a satisfactory substitute. A hospital birth certificate is not sufficient.
- Mail in care of Lake City Soccer Club, 12345 Lake City Way N.E., #401, Seattle 98125.
Team placement
- We cannot guarantee team placement including playing up.
- New Micro and Mod teams are formed each year based on coach availability.
- Association players usually return to their prior team by June 8th.
Scholarships
- Need-based scholarships are available for part of the soccer registration.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee for players choosing not to play.
- Full refunds will be given if we cannot find a team for you – this rarely occurs.
- No refunds after September 15th.
Coach Registration
- You need to register only once even if you are coaching more than one team.
- Use the special request field to indicate your preferred co-coach or assistant coach.
